Tracey M. Vest D.M.D., M.S.
My name is Dr. Tracey M Vest. I was born in Nashville, Tennesee and raised in central Kentucky. Im a Board-certified Periodontist who received my undergraduate degree in Biology and a minor in English from Centre College of Kentucky and my Doctorate in Dental Medicine degree from the University of Lousiville School of Dentistry. I completed my periodontal residency at University of Louisville, School of Dentistry while completing my masters degree in oral biology in conjunction with my specialty training. I, along with my husband and partner, Dr. Austin Wang, acquired the practice in July of 2002. I am a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and belong to a number of other dental organizations including: American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Asscociation, Hew Hampshire Dental Society and the Concord Dental Society.
I believe strongly in the importance of the future and learning and served as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry from 1998 until 2003 in addition to my own clinical practice in the Chicago area and I continue to teach as a visiting lecturer at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry to the periodontal graduate students.
I have published several professional articles which appeared in the Journal of Periodontolology, The International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, and Oral Pathology.
I have devoted my professional career to all aspects of periodontal practice with special interests in the treatment of periodontal disease, oral medicine and laser assisted treatment of periodontal disease. To keep abreast of the latest developments in Periodontics, I have always exceeded the continuing education requirements of New Hampshire.
My hobbies include reading,writing, traveling and keeping active along with spending quality time with my family. Ive been married since June of 2000 to my husband, Austin, with whom I have two wonderful daughters: Isabella and Alexa.
